These people form the current committee and all carry out this function on a voluntary basis. They meet irregularly to arrange conferences and other events and to carry out the formal business of the user group for the members. There is one officer, the chair, and general committee members. From time to time others are temporarily co-opted when their particular expertise and advice is needed to help the business in hand.
